Policies
- A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due within 3 days of booking your party in order to secure your reservation.
- Due to high demand, we are unable to reserve your date without the deposit.
- Our party price is for 8 children (including Guest of Honor) with the exception of the Princess Tea Party which includes 9 children (including Guest of Honor). Each additional child is $18.00-$20.00 (depending on the package you chose).
- Travel Fee: A travel fee applies for all parties outside our coverage area. Please discuss with your event coordinator.
- The food included in the package is for the children only. Food items for the adults are available at an additional cost. Please check our website under "Additional Services"
- Please notify Chic Partea of any food allergies or other allergies that the children may have. Chic Partea is not responsible for allergic reactions due to eating of the food served, wearing of the costumes or any activity that has taken place before, during or after the party.
- There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
- After you have booked your party and your deposit has been recieved, Chic Partea will send you your information package, party itinerary and party contract. Please sign the contract and return promptly to Chic Partea.
