WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Cash, Checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover (Credit cards are for deposit only).
HOW DO I RESERVE A PARTY?
Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Our dates fill up very quickly so we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance. When your party date is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is due in order to secure your reservation.
WHAT IS AN APPROPRIATE AGE FOR THE CHILDREN'S TEA PARTIES?
Our parties are for children ages 3 and up.
WHERE ARE THE PARTIES HELD?
We bring the fun to you! Parties are usually held in your home. If you prefer not to have the party at your home, we can assist in finding an alternative location.
ARE INVITATIONS INCLUDED?
Yes, custom invitations are included in every package. We also mail out the invitations at no extra charge!
CAN BOYS ATTEND?
Of course! Parties can be planned with activities suited for both girls and boys.
CAN SIBLINGS OF THE GUESTS STAY?
Siblings are welcome to stay as long as they are supervised. Many of our accessories contain small parts and may not be appropriate for very young children. We are unable to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests as parties are based on the final headcount given to us prior to the party. Use of equipment, props, etc brought by Chic Par-tea will not be permitted by siblings who are not guests of the birthday child.
WHAT HAPPENS IF GUESTS ARRIVE LATE?
It's best if all guests arrive on time. Those guests arriving late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.
DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A CHILD IF THEY DON'T SHOW UP?
Parties are planned based on the final headcount. If a child does not show up, no refund or credit will be given for that child.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ATTENDANCE OF GUESTS?
Yes. Parties are scheduled for 8 or more children.
